UMT Honored as One of Taiwan’s Top 100 Foreign-Invested Enterprises 2025

The Taiwan Institute of Directors (TWIOD) and the Corporate Development Research Center of the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research (TIER) have jointly released the 2025 Taiwan FINI 100 ranking, the nation’s first award directly linked to foreign institutional investors. UMT is honored to be selected as one of the Top 100 enterprises recognized for long-term trust and strong attention from foreign investors.

A Data-Driven, Professional Evaluation Reflecting Genuine Confidence

The 2025 ranking was drawn from more than 300 publicly listed companies in Taiwan with market capitalization exceeding USD 500 million. To qualify, companies underwent a rigorous selection process based on criteria across “Market Performance,” “Fundamentals,” “Sustainability,” and “Changes in Foreign Shareholding.” Final selection required enterprises to meet the following conditions:
       * Significant increase in foreign shareholding over the past year
       * Three consecutive years of profitability
       * Ranking within the top 80% in corporate governance evaluations
       * Strong year-on-year growth in foreign-held market capitalization

In a global environment marked by geopolitical uncertainty and cautious investment sentiment, earning this recognition from foreign investors underscores UMT’s robust business strategies, solid financial foundation, and sustained innovative competitiveness.
